Kinesio Taping

Kinesio Tape was developed and designed in 1979 by Dr. Kenzo Kase, a Japanese Chiropractor and Acupuncturist. He invented it in response to the limitations he encountered working with rigid sports taping methods. In contrast, Kinesio Tape has a texture and elasticity very close to living skin.

Dr. Kase then created a method of utilizing this specialized tape to facilitate the body’s natural healing process. It provides support and stability to muscles and joints without restricting the body’s natural range of motion. Kinesio Taping has been shown to provide results that are superior to older static taping methods

"All of the stretching and other suggestion my doctor provided did little to nothing [to alleviate my severe sciatic nerve pain] so I decided to investigate other avenues to help with this agony. I stopped in to see Renu... After the first day or two of her treatment, I already began to feel better. A few days after that my pain was almost completely gone!"
