Akashic Records
The “Akashic Records” are the past, present and future knowledge of all things. They are the recording of a Soul’s journey from its inception to the present. They also point out the possibilities of the Soul’s spiritual development.
The Akashic Field (or Plane) is referenced in most religions of the world. A Sacred Prayer is used to open your Records. Information from your Records is offered with the greatest honor, integrity, and love. This information is meant to assist you in growing personally and spiritually for your highest good and healing.
All counsel given and received in this session will be kept 100% confidential.

Q: How should I prepare?
Make a list of any of the following items below. These lists can be shared just prior to the session or during. Depending on the complexity/depth, we can cover 2-4 questions during a session.
Any questions concerning the areas of your life that you are interested in receiving information about.
Any physical, mental, emotional concerns/issues which you would like to address during the session.
Do NOT drink any alcohol 12 hours prior to the session, as it will reduce effectiveness of the session.
Prescription medication is allowed.
If you want to record the information during the session, be prepared with pen and paper or a recording device. For privacy issues, we will not record to the cloud.
Block an additional 10-15 minutes after the session in your calendar to allow some quiet time to reflect and process the information.
Q: What kind of questions can I ask?
A: Here is a list of subject/question ideas you may wish to work on in your session(s). Please use these as guideline to make your own questions to better serve your needs.
MONEY/FINANCES/ABUNDANCE: Your Soul is the energy of abundance and wants you to experience prosperity in your life. You may be carrying ancestral patterns of lack, past life vows of poverty or lifetimes in which you didn’t handle wealth appropriately and vowed to “never be rich again”. It is time to clear this pattern and create a life of abundance and joy!
WORK/CAREER/PURPOSE: How fulfilling is your career? Do wonder what your soul purpose is? It’s time to understand the gifts and talents you can to share so you can feel in absolute alignment with your purpose.
ROMANTIC RELATIONSHIPS: If you’re ready to attract a soul partner, we will look at the patterns from this life, including childhood relationships and trauma to heal the pain and guide you to open your heart to love!
RELATIONSHIP WITH SELF: Becoming your own true friend and learning to love yourself unconditionally can transform your life. Let’s release self-bullying, embrace self-compassion and forgiveness so you can open to more love of all kinds in your life.
FRIENDSHIPS/FAMILY: Do you wonder why you picked your birth family? Are you always fighting or feeling demoralized by your parents even when you’re 50 yrs old? We will look into your Soul Contracts and Karma you have with your family and heal the emotional pain. I can teach you to create health boundaries and keep “Energy Vampires” at bay so you can walk on your Soul’s Path, guided by your Soul Plan.
SPIRITUAL/PERSONAL GROWTH: What is the next growth edge for you in your spiritual and personal growth? Specific prayers can be given to assist you moving forward on releasing and clearing old thought patterns.
It is helpful to think of a couple questions to ask regarding the same issue. Different parts of the Akashic Records can be accessed by asking different questions on the same subject. If you desire assistance to formulate multiple questions, please let me know and I will help you. The more questions you ask about one subject, the fuller and deeper the answers you may receive.

What is at the root of this challenge? What can I do to heal, clear, resolve it? What lessons(s) am I to learn from

Do I have a soul contract with this person ____________? What is it about? Is this person in my life from my soul family? Is this contract complete or is there something for me to do or learn? Do we have past lives together and is there anything that can be cleared? Is there a reason why this person is in my life?
What resources(s) can I utilize to help me with parenting, in my marriage, with my job, etc?
Am I on my soul path? Am I centered on it? Is there something hidden or cloaked that is keeping me from
achieving my soul’s desire(s)?
What do I need to know about the issue _________ (be specific) to move forward? How do I bring this issue
into resolution so it does not continue to bother me?
Q: What may happen during the session?
A: Energy clearing and release from Karmic entanglement, soul contracts, and past life vows. We will clear blocks, programs, and fears causing you emotional pain and trauma. Pain-body release techniques will be employed to help you let go of accumulated emotional pain, from both past and current lives. If any physical pain or limitations are present, we shall address those utilizing the higher energy for internal healing, as well.
Q: Can I ask questions during the session?
A: Absolutely! Please feel free to ask any questions which come up during the session and provide any feedback about the information you receive during our session. We highly encourage this so you can maximize on your learnings, gaining clarity, and absorption of healing. However, do be conscious of the fact that time during the session is limited, so choose your questions wisely and prioritize. This is the reason we ask you to prepare the list in advance
Q: What should I do after the session?
A:
Drink plenty of water after the session to help any healing/clearing/releasing that was done.
The full impact of the healing/clearing/releasing may take up from 48 hours to a couple of weeks to occur.
Q: I feel 'heavy' or I feel 'unsettled' after the session, is that normal?
A:
Yes! This is actually a good sign. This may be part of your body's way of processing the information and releasing.
We always check-in with you the day after the session. If you feel too unsettled, please let me know then if you need help in grounding to process the emotions that may have come up in your session.
